Hello and thank you for visiting my dA page!
I'm a renderaholic living on the south coast of England, although I'm originally a Northerner. ;)
I create my images using Poser Pro 2012 and Photoshop, with a Wacom tablet. I use some purchased content, combined with Marvelous Designer 3 and Hexagon to model 3D dynamic clothing and other objects. I am passionate about digital costume/clothing design and am mostly inspired by Victorian, Tudor, Renaissance/medieval, Romantic, Celtic and Eastern styles. :D I also like to create custom morphs and textures for DAZ's V4 & M4.
I also work for the Elite 3D Artists team, creating promotional renders for a wide range of content and vendors. You can find Elite 3D Artists on Facebook:…
I like trying to learn new techniques and skills, and expand my knowledge whenever I can. My interests include fantasy, gothic horror, history, literature, fashion and historical costume. I also enjoy writing, and reading fantasy, historical, mystery, horror and gothic novels.

A note about prints: Print versions of my images available on DeviantArt will NOT contain logos, text, or my watermark.

If I can learn how to get better skin and better character to scene integration I would be so happy. I seem to also lack the right lighting that I want for my scenes as well. If you have any tips I would be very appreciative for any help you could offer, maybe atleast to the post work since I use Daz for the set up and rendering.

I have to admit I really do struggle with the lights in DAZ, and I really prefer the lights in Poser. I did used to use a set with DAZ 3 though, this one using the Uber Environment lights and I thought they were very good and easy to use:… They take a little longer to render but I found it gave a nice effect on character's skin. I don't know if you are a member already but I help out as an admin at a group on DA :icondazaholics:, and everyone who uses 3D software to create images is welcome to join. There are a lot of DAZ users in the group and we have a seperate folder for tutorials, so you might find some useful tips there about lighting etc.
As far as postwork goes, that is my favourite part ha ha! I like to try lots of things out and have looked at a ton of Photoshop tutorials but probably the most helpful one I have bookmarked in terms of basic hints and tips for postwork is this one:…
I hope they are of some use to you, I am always happy to try and help any way I can. :)
